Chambers says...

It's ambitious and has competitive fees, but for now Wolverhampton's LPC will appeal most to students with designs on a career in the West Midlands. That said, with one of the smallest intakes of any provider, Wolverhampton will also appeal to students who don't want to get lost in a crowd of baby lawyers. There's a hefty amount of face-to-face teaching in the timetable: 10am to 4pm on Monday to Wednesday. The student body is mostly local, and most graduates remain in the region, but the university is working hard to make both the intake and grads' destinations more diverse. The university's website stresses the valuable skills and knowledge you'll gain from the LPC even if you don't go on to become a lawyer – make of that what you will.
